Do you notify me in advance of my membership (subscription) plan being renewed or charged for the first time?

Yes, 14 days before a change to your subscription status, we send you an email to remind you of what is going to happen.


This could be to remind you that, for example:


  1. Your as-is subscription is about to auto-renew.
  2. Your free subscription period is about to come to an end, and a paid subscription period is about to begin.


By reminding you in advance, this gives you options to make adjustments, if you wish to make any.


Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if, for whatever reason, you didn't read, receive, or understand this email. We're sincerely sorry if this is you!


Sometimes we know that such emails go into the spam folder of recipients. This is very unfortunate, but we don't have any control over this.
