How do I change my email address?

Please see the explanations below on how to change your email address on different devices. 


Desktop

Please follow the following steps to update your email address on the desktop:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ which you can find by clicking on your small round profile photo on the top right corner on the website. 
  2. Click on the ‘Account’ tab to open this tab and change your email address. 
  3. Click the green ‘Update Account’ button to proceed. 
  4. A warning message will appear, asking you if you are sure you want to make these changes. 
  5. You will receive a new OTP verification code. Please enter this code in the pop-up to confirm your new email. 


Mobile

Please follow the following steps to update your email address on the mobile:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ which you can find by clicking the three horizontal lines on the top right corner on the mobile website. 
  2. Click on the ‘Account’ tab to open this tab and change your email address. 
  3. Click the green ‘Update Account’ button to proceed. 
  4. A warning message will appear, asking you if you are sure you want to make these changes. 
  5. You will receive a new OTP verification code. Please enter this code in the pop-up to confirm your new email. 


App

Please follow the following steps to update your email address on the app:

  1. Navigate to the 'Account' page located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap on the 'Settings' tab.
  3. Click on ‘Account’ where you will be able to change your email address.
  4. Click the green ‘Update Account Settings’ button to proceed. 
  5. You will receive a new OTP verification code. Please enter this code in the next screen to confirm your new email. 


If you didn’t receive a new OTP, please make sure to check your spam and try to ‘Resend Again’ by clicking the blue text.
