How do I update my current location?

To update your current location, you need to go to your profile view first. See here how to get to your ‘profile view’.


Please see the explanations below on how to update your current location on different devices. 


Desktop

Please follow the following steps to edit your profile details on the desktop:

  1. Click on the green ‘Edit Profile’ button on your profile view. 
  2. Scroll down to the box with the title ‘Destination’. 
  3. Click on the blue ‘Edit’ text on the right side of the ‘Destination’ box. Here you will be able to update your current location (and next destination for Travelers and Au Pairs). 


Mobile

Please follow the following steps to edit your profile details on the phone:

  1. Click on the green ‘Edit Profile’ button on your profile view. 
  2. Scroll down to the box with the title ‘Destination’. 
  3. Click on the blue ‘Edit’ text on the right side of the ‘Destination’ box. Here you will be able to update your current location (and next destination for Travelers and Au Pairs). 


App

Please follow the following steps to edit your profile details on the app:

  1. Click on the green ‘Edit Profile’ button on your profile view. 
  2. Click on the pencil icon on the right of the box that shows your location details. Here you will be able to update your current location (and next destination for Travelers and Au Pairs). 


Note: If you allow the app to access your location details, your current location will update automatically.

For manual input of your location you are not required to enter your house number or exact location.
