How do I update my profile information?

To change your profile details you need to go to your profile view first. See here how to get to your ‘profile view’.

Please see the explanations below on how to change your profile details on different devices. 

Desktop

Please follow the following steps to edit your profile photo on the desktop:

1. Click on the green ‘Edit Profile’ button on your profile view. 
2. Click on the blue ‘Edit’ text on the right side of the box of details you want to edit. 

Make sure to press the green ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the page after you have updated your details.

Mobile

Please follow the following steps to edit your profile photo on the desktop:

1. Click on the green ‘Edit Profile’ button on your profile view. 
2. Click on the blue ‘Edit’ text on the right side of the box of details you want to edit. 

Make sure to press the green ‘Update’ button located at the bottom of the page after you have updated your details.

App

Please follow the following steps to edit your profile details on the app:

1. Click on the green ‘Edit Profile’ button on your profile view. 
2. Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the box of details you want to edit. 

Make sure to press the green ‘Save’ button located at the bottom of the page after you have uploaded your details.
