How do I write a review for another user?

There are three different ways to write a review for another user. 

1. Via their profile
2. At the concluded section of the stays
3. At the rideshare section. 

Please see the explanations below on how to write a review for someone else on different devices. 

Desktop

Please see the different ways on how to write a review on someone else's profile through the desktop. 

On the users profile directly:

1. Go to the profile of the user. 
2. Scroll down to the bottom of their page. 
3. Here you will find the review section. There is a pencil icon with the text ‘Write Review’ on the right side of the review section. Upon clicking this icon, a pop-up will appear where you can select up to 5 stars, and write a message. Click the green button ‘Submit’ to post the review on a user's profile. 

Via the stays page:

1. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen and click on ‘Stays’.
2. There are two pages here, one of which you have hosted others and one where you have been hosted by others. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you are after. 
3. Here you will find ‘Concluded Stays’. Click on the green pencil icon that says ‘Review’ to write a review about your stay. 

Via the rideshare page:

1. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen and click on ‘Rideshare’.
2. There are two pages here, one of which you have requested rideshares and one where you have been the driver. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you are after. 
3. Here you will find ‘Concluded Rides’. Click on the green pencil icon that says ‘Review’ to write a review about your ride. 

Mobile

Please see the different ways on how to write a review on someone else's profile through your phone. 

On the users profile directly:

1. Go to the profile of the user. 
2. Scroll down to the bottom of their page. 
3. Here you will find the review section. There is a pencil icon with the text ‘Write Review’ on the right side of the review section. 2. There are two pages here, one of which you have hosted others and one where you have been hosted by others. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you are after. 
3. Here you will find ‘Concluded Stays’. Click on the green pencil icon that says ‘Review’ to write a review about your stay. 

Via the rideshare page:

Upon clicking this icon, a new page will appear where you can select up to 5 stars, and write a message. Click the green button ‘Submit review’ to post the review on a user's profile.

1. Via the ‘Account’ page, you can click on ‘Stays’.
2. There are two pages here, one of which you have hosted others and one where you have been hosted by others. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you are after. 
3. Here you will find ‘Concluded Stays’. Click on the green pencil icon that says ‘Review’ to write a review about your stay. 

Via the rideshare page:

1. Via the ‘Account’ page, you can click on Rideshare”.
2. There are two pages here, one of which you have requested rideshares and one where you have been the driver. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you are after. 
3. Here you will find ‘Concluded Rides’. Click on the green pencil icon that says ‘Review’ to write a review about your ride. 

Please always write a review after your stay or ride has concluded. This will increase the overall safety of the platform.
