What if someone gives me a bad review?

If someone gives you a review that you don’t agree with, please use the report button below the review.

Our team will carefully check the review and get in contact with you and the other party involved if needed to resolve the issue. 

To report a review that has been written on your profile you need to go to your profile view first. See here how to get to your ‘profile view’. Please see the steps below on how to report a review:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of your profile to the review section. 
2. Click on the blue ‘report’ button where you will be able to report the review.
