How do I verify my business?

Before you are able to verify your business, you need to have a complete profile. Please see the explanations below on how to verify your business on different devices. 


Make sure you have a valid business document at hand. 


Desktop

There are two different ways to verify your business via the desktop, which are explained below. 


Via your Dashboard

  1. Go to your Dashboard. Click here to see how to get to your dashboard. 
  2. You will see a green image on the left below your profile photo that says ‘Verify Business. 
  3. When you click this image it will take you to the membership page. 
  4. Follow the steps below as explained at ‘via the Membership Page’


Via the Membership Page

  1. Click on ‘Membership’ at the top of the page. 
  2. Click the green button that says ‘Verify Business’ on the right in the blue Business Verified box and follow the instructions of the ID verification process. 


Mobile

There are two different ways to verify your ID via the mobile, which are explained below. 


Via your Dashboard

  1. Go to your Dashboard. Click here to see how to get to your dashboard. 
  2. You will see a green image below your profile photo that says ‘Verify Business’. 
  3. When you click this image it will take you to the membership page. 
  4. Follow the steps below as explained at ‘via the Membership Page’


Via the Membership Page

  1. Click on ‘Membership’ at the top of the page. 
  2. Click the green button that says ‘Verify Business’ at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions of the ID verification process. 


App

There are two different ways to verify your ID via the app, which are explained below. 


Via your Home

  1. Go to your Home. Click here to see how to get to your Home. 
  2. You will see a green image photo that says ‘Verify Business’.
  3. Click this image and it will take you to the Membership page. 


Via the Membership Page

  1. Via the ‘Account’ page, you can click on ‘Membership’.
  2. Click on the green ‘Verify Business’ button at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to verify your business. 


We will verify your business manually, which can take a few business days.
