How do I verify my ID?

Before you are able to verify your ID, you need to have a complete profile. Please see the explanations below on how to verify your ID on different devices. 


Make sure you have a valid identity document at hand. 


Desktop

There are two different ways to verify your ID via the desktop, which are explained below. 


Via your Dashboard

  1. Go to your Dashboard. Click here to see how to get to your dashboard. 
  2. You will see a green image on the left below your profile photo that says ‘Click here to Verify ID’. 
  3. When you click this image it will take you to the membership page. 
  4. Follow the steps below as explained at ‘via the Membership Page’


Via the Membership Page

  1. Click on ‘Membership’ at the top of the page. 
  2. Click the green button that says ‘Verify ID’ on the right in the blue ID Verified box. 
  3. You will be taken to our payment page, where you will be asked to fill out your card details and make the payment. You will be able to fill out a coupon code if you have one in this step too. 
  4. Once you have paid and we have received your money, you will see a ‘Paid Successfully’ page. 
  5. Click the green ‘Verify ID Now’ and follow the instructions of the ID verification process. 


Mobile

There are two different ways to verify your ID via the mobile, which are explained below. 


Via your Dashboard

  1. Go to your Dashboard. Click here to see how to get to your dashboard. 
  2. You will see a green image below your profile photo that says ‘Click Here to Verify ID’. 
  3. When you click this image it will take you to the membership page. 
  4. Follow the steps below as explained at ‘via the Membership Page’


Via the Membership Page

  1. Click on ‘Membership’ which you can find in the burger menu on the top right corner. 
  2. Click the green button that says ‘Verify ID’ at the bottom of the page. 
  3. You will be taken to our payment page, where you will be asked to fill out your card details and make the payment. You will be able to fill out a coupon code if you have one in this step too. 
  4. Once you have paid and we have received your money, you will see a ‘Paid Successfully’ page. 
  5. Click the green ‘Verify ID Now’ and follow the instructions of the ID verification process. 


App

Via your Home

  1. Go to your Home. Click here to see how to get to your Home. 
  2. You will see a green image photo that says ‘Click here to Verify ID’.
  3. Click this image and it will take you to the Membership page. 


Via the Membership Page

  1. Via the ‘Account’ page, you can click on ‘Membership’.
  2. Click on the green ‘Verify ID’ button at the bottom of the page.
  3. You will be taken to our payment page, where you will be asked to fill out your card details and make the payment. You will be able to fill out a coupon code if you have one in this step too. 
  4. Once you have paid and we have received your money, you will see a ‘Paid Successfully’ page. 
  5. Click the green ‘Verify ID Now’ and follow the instructions of the ID verification process. 


Sometimes the automatic verification system is unable to verify your ID. When this happens, you will be able to upload your documents directly through Abroadly and we will be able to verify your ID manually. This can take a few business days.
