What is the difference between automatic VS Manual ID verification?

We offer two methods for verifying your ID.

1. Automatic Verification - Fast, efficient, real-time, and instant verification via our third-party application called ID Merit.
2. Manual Verification - This takes approximately 24-48 hours.

Sometimes the automatic method fails. This could be because of the quality of the photo, different name on the identity card or other issues.

Which is why we allow a fallback to more manual methods, i.e. human review. Once the automatic method fails (you will be asked to try 2 times), we can only offer the manual method thereafter. Sorry!
