How do I report another user?

You can report another user via the ‘Three Dotted’ button on the user's profile. Please see the explanations below on how to report another user on different devices. 

Desktop

Please follow the following steps to report another user on the desktop:

1. Go to the profile of the user you want to report. 
2. Next to the green ‘Send Message’ button, you see a square with three dots. 
3. Upon clicking the three dots, a pop-up will appear where you can select ‘Report Profile’. Select this and click on the green ‘Done’ button.
4. A new page will appear, asking you to fill out the reason for the report. Once you have filled out the information, click on the green ‘Report’ button to submit your report. 

Mobile

Please follow the following steps to report another user on the mobile:

1. Go to the profile of the user you want to report. 
2. Next to the green ‘Send Message’ button, you see a square with three dots. 
3. Upon clicking the three dots, a pop-up will appear where you can select ‘Report Profile’. Select this and click on the green ‘Done’ button.
4. A new page will appear, asking you to fill out the reason for the report. Once you have filled out the information, click on the green ‘Report’ button to submit your report. 

App

Please follow the following steps to report another user on the app:

1. Go to the profile of the user you want to report. 
2. Next to the green ‘Send Message’ button, you see a square with three dots. 
3. Upon clicking the three dots, you will see the option ‘Report Profile’. 
4. Upon clicking ‘Report Profile’, a new page will appear, asking you to fill out the reason for the report. Once you have filled out the information, click on the green ‘Submit Report’ button to submit your report.
